Envo Flush

Single Flush Doors

A carpeted landing area with two flush single doors, one open and leading into a tiled bathroom.

The Envo Flush jib door system allows for a single or double door set to sit seamlessly into a wall with just a 2mm hairline gap between the door and frame whilst guaranteeing no cracked plaster. An invisible look is made possible by concealed hardware and a frameless finish, allowing a seamless transition of finishes across the wall and door leaf. Envo can supply a timber door leaf to your specification whether you're looking for a hidden or a contrasting finish. Envo Flush is the perfect long-lasting solution even in high-traffic areas thanks to our no plaster crack guarantee. FD30 fire-rating is available, for more information on this and other technical options refer to our technical specifications or speak to a member of the Envo team.

Where to use a single flush door.

The invisible frame renders this system perfect for openings to hidden rooms and staircases, and because of its aesthetics it is often used throughout modern or minimalistic interiors.

The door leaf is optional but the majority of our clients purchase the door and kit through Envo. You can view our timber options here and our timber finishes here.

Invisible finish

There is no visible frame around the door, and a 2mm gap between the door and the frame: just a hair-line gap around the door.

The magnetic latch allows for no visible strike plate, and when the door is open, no visible latch.

No cracked plaster, guaranteed.

The rigid aluminium profile guarantees no cracks in the plaster, with the dovetail detail ensuring good adhesion to the plasterwork.

Door specification & fire-ratings

Suitable for all standard and non-standard door openings, and standard rebated doors.

The universal profile means you don’t have to compromise between pivoting for inward doors and hinged for outward opening doors as is typical with riser door systems on the market. Regardless of whether you want your door to open in or out, you can utilise the same mechanism.

Our single flush kit can be fire-rated to FD30 / EI30 BS EN 1634-1:2014.

Installation

This flush door leaf can be fitted before or after plastering, with full adjustability due to the adjustable upper profile.

Each profile is cut exactly to size for your project, and is suitable for brickwork, metal stud and timber frame walls.

What comes as part of the kit?

Here's what comes as part of the Envo Single Flush door kit. The frame profiles are supplied already primed for painting, so you can match the finishes on site.
