We offer bespoke timber doorsets that include a solid core door leaf, door lining, and architrave.
Solid core door leaf:
Using solid core for internal doors negates the risk of warping that is associated with solid wood doors. An unavoidable consequence of solid wood warping is misalignment and unsightly damage to the finish. Solid core ensures a smooth, even surface for painting or veneers. This type of door leaf is also ideal for projects that require fire-rated doors, unlike solid wood which would not withstand fire for the regulated length of time.
Door lining:
Providing a seamless fit between the wall and door, you will be able specify your door lining in a finish to match your door leaf or primed ready to paint on site.
Architrave:
Our architraves can be finished in veneer to match your door, painted in your choice of colour, or primed ready for painting. Envo has a variety of customisable architrave designs, covering everything from traditional to minimal.
We offer single, double, and telescopic sliding timber doors for use with our Envo Slide pocket kits. The timber doors are made to order in your choice of finish and your required dimensions.
Each leaf is pre-machined for track, runners, and ironmongery to ensure an effortless installation.
We offer bespoke flush timber doors to combine with our Envo Flush jib door system to create the perfect ‘invisible’ look.
As with all our timber doors you will be able to specify your finish and dimensions.
We offer meeting stiles with flush or rebated edge for both single and double timber doors.

Whether you have a unique paneling design in mind or you’re looking to match an existing style, our raised and fielded or flat panel sizes and configurations are limitless. From 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 panels to intricate veneer designs, speak to the Envo team to discuss your specification.
Beading:
We can create an array of beading details, from a traditional raised and stepped design to a minimal recessed detail.
Glazing:
Enhancing the natural light and the flow of an interior scheme, our glazed timber doors can be made to size with a custom panel arrangement and beading of your choice. Select from a wide range of glass types including clear, textured, frosted, and coloured. We also offer fire-rated options.
Metal inlay:
Another option we offer on our timber doors is metal inlay. Adding interest and a luxurious statement, inlays can be specified in a wide range of metal finishes to complement the interior.
With Envo’s fire-rated timber doors there is no compromising on style. We offer a range of fire-rated doorsets for either FD30 or FD60 which include a choice of panel, beading, and finish options. We are also able to offer fire-rated glazed doors.
We offer a wide range of wood veneers and other finishes to complement our bespoke timber doors.
