Fire-Rated Hinged Steel Doors
Our fire-rated doors are very similar to the Hinged Steel Door (Sealed) system, but this version has certification covering the frames and glass.

Our steel doors and fixed screens can be fire rated to E30, E60, EW30 and EW60 depending on specification and limitations.
The appropriate fire-rated glass type must be used in conjunction with this system, and the edge beads must be screw-fixed on one side of the door.

Single doors with latches & double doors with latches and shoot bolts. Fixed screens, side lights and over panels.
1300mm wide max per element.
Up to 4500mm tall for 30 min.
Up to 4000mm tall for 60 min.

Double doors with latch and door closer and sprung loaded shoot bolts maximum dimensions: 2500mm high x 2650mm wide. Minimum structural opening width of 1500mm due to the closer requirement.
Fixed screens maximum dimensions: 2500mm high x 1400mm wide per element.

The Envo Steel Hinged with seals comes with 60mm door and frame thicknesses. The door and frame profiles have a double rebated shape including two black rubber seals.
For single doors, the maximum structural opening is 2500mm high x 1400mm wide.
For double doors, the maximum structural opening should be 2500mm high x 2650mm wide, with a minimum opening width of 1500mm, due to the closer requirement.
