Fire Safety

Unlike the typical household or industry names for steel glazed doors which offer either no legitimate certification or else can only certify one side of the door or screen, our hinged, sealed steel door systems can be specified from E30/EW30 up to E60/EW60 to ensure your project meets fire safety building regulations.  

Where other systems can fail in under 10 minutes for heat transfer and offer absolutely no prevention in terms of smoke transfer, our steel doors can be rated EW30 or EW60, ensuring flame, smoke, and heat transfer resistance for 30 or 60 minutes.

We offer fire rating across a wide variety of our steel range including single, double, and arched doors, as well as fixed screens. You will also be able to select from a wide range of fire-rated glass along with any of our steel finish options. 

In short, Envo Steel provides a superior fire rating, whilst allowing our clients to select from some of the largest and most complex door and screen designs.
