Self-Supporting Structure

The Envo Slide door system, when used as a full pocket, is self-supporting, by this we mean that the weight is taken in the vertical profiles and requires no load to be born from above, just lateral support. This self-supporting design negates the need for supporting timber and steel goalpost structures and enables the area above the pocket frame to be left clear for services such as air conditioning, ducting, cable trays, and pipe runs.

Minimal Track

Our pocket door track sections are very robust yet have a very minimal visual impact on the ceiling or head of the door frame, this is due to how the lower part of the profile is designed where the plasterboard or door linings feed into the flanges resulting in a sleek 18mm line in the ceiling.

Access Sleeve

Our unique access sleeve housed in the top track makes it possible to retrospectively install and remove the door leaf once both walls are closed, and all finishes applied. This will enable you to leave the installation of the door leaf once all wet trades are complete, reducing the risk of door leaf damage. This unique feature will also enable access after completion, making destructive access a thing of the past!

Door Specification

The Envo pocket door system is a bespoke, made-to-measure system, covering single, double, and telescopic designs. We make the system specifically to suit your door leaf and structural opening, negating the need for onsite adjustments.

Our pocket door system is suitable for a door leaf size of up to 2.4m wide and 3.2m high, with a maximum weight of 120kg. The system is designed for a 44mm thick door as standard with a recommended minimum thickness of 30mm. The system can also accommodate thicker door leaves with the converter kits, which increase the cage in 10mm increments to suit doors from 54mm up to 84mm.

Soft Close & Open

The optional addition of our soft open and close mechanisms adds to the luxurious feel of a pocket door system. Our soft close hanger is available up to 120kg.
